Terms of use
In plain language: EaseCalm is a calm practice companion, offered as is and not medical care. Your words stay yours, and you can delete everything at any time. The terms below spell that out.
What EaseCalm is
EaseCalm is a calm practice companion. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Not medical care
EaseCalm is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical care, and it is not a substitute for professional help. Nothing it offers is medical advice. If you are in crisis, please see the safety resources on the About page and reach a human who can help.
Offered as it is
EaseCalm is offered as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available, error free, or right for your situation. Practices are suggestions, not prescriptions. You use your own judgment about what feels safe for you.
Your words stay yours
What you share stays yours. We do not claim ownership of your words. We use them only to run the companion for you, as described in the Privacy page, and you can delete everything at any time.
Reasonable use
Please use EaseCalm for its purpose: your own calm and practice. Do not try to break it, abuse it, or use it to harm others.
Changes
These terms may change as EaseCalm grows. The current version will always live here with the date it was last updated.
